A. General description:
The garlic cloves are green, healthy, and free from foreign substance. They are pepared, processed, packed hygienically, and under high standard quality control.
B. Process of manufacture:
(1) Garlic cloves are clearly washed before frozen and metal detected before packed.
(2) Garlic cloves are 180-200pcs/kg, 220-260pcs/kg, 260-300pcs/kg, 300-350pcs/kg, or as Buyer's Request.
(3) Garlic cloves are individually quick frozen, later the core temperate of each one reaches minus 18DC.
(4) Garlic cloves are packed in food grade polylined cartons then stored at minus 18DC.or less till dispatch to end users.
(1)Pack size: 1X30lbs per carton; 1X10kg per carton or as buyer's request.
(2)Labeling: Product Description, Country of Origin, Weight, Product Date (dd-mm-yy), Best Before date.(or as client's request)
